- Promotion of ABW Group by Sh. Atul
Bansal with a vision to construct luxury
apartments in and around Delhi by initiating
construction of first residential project at
Kalkaji. |

1990 – Commenced construction at Neeti Bagh, Greater
Kailash. |

1994
- Constructions at sought after upmarket
localities such as Vasant Vihar, Shanti Niketan,
West End, Malcha Marg, Golf links, Jor Bagh,
Mayfair Garden, Anand Lok and Anand Niketan,
etc. |

2005 – Diversification of portfolio to
include commercial projects with the first stone
being laid down at Rectangle-1, Saket, New Delhi. |

2006 – Focus on commercial sector and started
construction of projects like Elegance Tower (Jasola),
ABW Tower, Delta Square and Corporate Suites (IFFCO
Chowk), Gurgaon. |

2007 – Launch of high-end luxury apartments by
the name of La Lagune at Golf Course Road,
Commercial colonies at Sector-83, Gurgaon,
Platinum Tower on Sohna Road in Gurgaon and an
IT Park at village Anangpur, Mathura Road in
Faridabad. |

2008 – A dream project comes into existence with
the launch of a commercial project at Sec – M1,
Manesar, Gurgaon. Other residential and IT
projects in the vicinity of Manesar are
evaluated. |

2009
– A mega township in 105 acres of land in
Sector-M1, M1-A, M1-C, Manesar, Gurgaon(Haryana)
launched. |

2010
– Inauguration of another upscale group
housing project at Sector 76, Gurgaon making ABW
Group a strong player in the Gurgaon market. |
