Group was founded by Mr. Atul Bansal in the year
1988, with a focus on the construction and development
of luxury apartments in Delhi and NCR. The Group
has constructed over one million square feet area
of projects in the premium and upscale localities
of South Delhi, like Shanti Niketan, West End,
Malcha Marg, Golf Links, Jor Bagh, Mayfair Garden,
Anand Lok, Anand Niketan and Greater Kailash,
